Thanh Hoa Electricity Company Hotline Team faces "live" electricity to ensure continuous power supply

In the context of increasing demand for electricity, the requirement for reliability in power supply has become more urgent than ever. The Vietnamese electricity industry is striving to innovate and apply advanced technology to meet this requirement. In Thanh Hoa , hot line repair technology (Hotline) has been playing a key role in the modernization strategy, ensuring continuous and stable power supply for people and businesses. The Hotline Team of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company (PC Thanh Hoa) is the main force to realize this goal.

Since December 2018, Thanh Hoa PC has started to deploy hot power repairs on the 22kV grid. This is a breakthrough to help improve power supply reliability, reduce power outage time and minimize power outages during repairs.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Hotline Team has proactively developed a specific work plan, clearly defining goals and key tasks to complete production, business and technical targets. With a team of skilled, experienced and highly responsible engineers and workers, the Team has effectively implemented hot power repair tasks on the medium voltage grid - a special job that requires high skills and strict adherence to safety procedures.

The Hotline team connects new projects to provide electricity to customers, contributing to the completion of the Company's electricity service targets.

According to the assigned plan, in the first quarter of 2025, the Team has carried out 165/540 working sessions, reaching 30.55% of the annual plan, including 114 customer service sessions, 23 incident risk handling sessions and 28 regular repair sessions. In April 2025 alone, the Team continued to maintain progress with 52 effective working sessions, contributing to ensuring safe operation of the power grid across the province.

Notably, the Team also actively applies digital technology in management and operation. The use of flycam to monitor repair sessions is considered a breakthrough, both improving work efficiency and ensuring safety for workers. This is a clear demonstration of the modernization efforts of PC Thanh Hoa in general and the Hotline Team in particular.

Entering the second quarter of 2025, the peak of the hot season, the electricity load is forecast to increase sharply. Under the close direction of the Company's Board of Directors, the Hotline Team has completed the development of work organization plans to ensure 100% completion of legal targets, with special attention to work output, repair quality, labor safety and technical and economic efficiency. All of this is to meet the needs of socio-economic development, improve people's lives and contribute to protecting local national security.
