The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly will take place over about 40 days, during which the National Assembly will review, discuss and decide on a huge amount of work, many of which are of strategic importance.

In his opening speech at the 10th Session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that at this Session, the National Assembly will listen to the Report of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; Report of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' recommendations, the results of receiving citizens, handling petitions and letters, and monitoring the settlement of complaints and denunciations sent to the National Assembly in 2025. Review the Report on monitoring results and adopt a Resolution on the implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect.

The National Assembly will focus on discussing the Summary Report on the implementation of thematic supervision resolutions and questions of the National Assembly in the 14th and 15th terms by members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, State Auditor General, etc.

With the spirit of "Innovation, democracy, discipline, responsibility, and efficiency", the National Assembly Chairman requested that National Assembly deputies concentrate and make the most of their intelligence and experience, all for the benefit of the Fatherland and the People.

Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien presented a report synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people sent to the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai presented the Report on the verification of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2025 and the 5-year period 2021-2025; and the projected socio-economic development plan for 2026.

Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee Duong Thanh Binh presented the Report on the results of supervising the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
