Innovation, creativity, spreading the strength of national solidarity

The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been deployed synchronously and effectively by the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province, spreading widely in the community.

Patriotic emulation campaigns and movements have been widely and effectively deployed, creating a strong spread in the community, contributing to consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.

Widespread movements

Through specific actions, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has mobilized the entire political system, the solidarity and cooperation of the whole society and the consensus of all classes of people to carry out the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025", helping poor households stabilize their lives, feel secure in economic development, and sustainably reduce poverty.

In the newly built spacious house with a total area of ^100m2 , Mr. Ly Van Thong in Cuom village, Bach Xa commune could not hide his joy when he and his wife and two daughters cleaned up to move into the new house.

Mr. Thong shared that his wife and he had unstable jobs, two small children, and just worrying about food was not enough. Previously, the family lived in a house with a thatched roof and bamboo fence, which was hot in the summer and cold in the winter, very miserable and hard, so having a solid house was always a dream.

At the end of 2024, with financial support from the government, the couple boldly borrowed more money, and with the encouragement and help of both paternal and maternal families as well as the village, they were able to build a new house. Now, the couple can work with peace of mind, stabilize their lives, and develop their economy to escape poverty.

As of August 31, 2025, the whole province has received more than 355 billion VND, more than 135,000 working days of support from agencies, organizations, businesses, philanthropists, officials, union members, association members and people, contributing significantly to the whole province in supporting the construction and repair of houses for 15,064 households (including 11,511 new houses; 3,553 renovated and repaired houses), completing 100% of the proposed program and plan.

Along with that, the movement “Tuyen Quang joins hands to treat waste and fight plastic waste” has spread strongly in the community. The models “Clean fields, clean production”, “Flower route”, “Green Sunday”, “Exchanging plastic waste for school supplies”, “Small plan”, “Green Sunday”, “Family trash can” have become bright spots in environmental protection.

The Fatherland Front at all levels mobilized people to build 538 waste treatment tanks, donated more than 2,100 trash bins, collected 7.5 tons of plastic waste and pesticide packaging; made 6,650 eco-bricks, 50 flower pots, 250 benches; collected plastic waste and sold it to raise VND242 million and used it to buy 72 gifts and 2 bicycles for students in difficult circumstances, worth VND53.73 million.

An Tuong Ward is one of the typical localities in effectively implementing the model of self-managed environmental protection teams to carry out the movement "Tuyen Quang joins hands to treat waste and fight plastic waste".

Ms. Ta Huong Giang, Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of An Tuong Ward, said that the ward has focused on building 61 self-management models on environmental protection and waste classification, with hundreds of responsible members actively propagating and mobilizing people to classify waste at source; calling for the participation of socialized units to carry out the movement; mobilizing dozens of households with garden land to invest in building organic waste compost tanks; coordinating the collection of more than thousands of reusable plastic bottles and jars to make wall-mounted flower vases on the streets and making eco-bricks from used plastic bottles to build seats at the cultural house of the residential group.

Since the self-management model was established, households have had covered trash cans, garbage is collected cleanly, does not cause pollution, and sanitation workers can work easily. This has helped people change their habits, raise awareness, build a bright, green, clean, beautiful environment, and develop sustainably.

The model of "Clean fields, clean production" in localities is a bright spot in environmental protection.

In addition, movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front at all levels were implemented synchronously and effectively, creating a widespread impact in the community. The movement "All people protect national security" was maintained and expanded with 469 models and clubs to carry out the movement, contributing to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level. The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" with more than 5,000 self-management models, more than 2,000 civilized lifestyle models, promoting the building of a united and progressive community.

The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products" was flexibly implemented, organizing more than 50 fairs and 60 markets to bring Vietnamese products to mountainous areas to introduce OCOP products, typical products, promote the province's typical products on e-commerce platforms, contributing to stimulating domestic consumption and supporting the development of local production.

Connecting communities through humanitarian activities

The Fatherland Front at all levels has played a good role in social security, relief, humanitarian work, charity, and support for the poor and disadvantaged. In 2025, the Provincial Fatherland Front coordinated to present 43,570 gifts, worth more than VND 26.27 billion from the "For the Poor" Fund and social security programs.

Faced with the impact of storm No. 3 (2024) and storm No. 10 and No. 11 (2025), the Provincial Fatherland Front promptly launched support, received 428 billion VND and 2,300 tons of necessities, and supported people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods, ensuring timeliness, right target, and transparency.

Emulation movements and campaigns were deployed widely and effectively, creating a strong spread in the community. Notably, the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" mobilized people to voluntarily donate ^50,000m2 of land, contribute more than 30 billion VND, and participate in more than 3,000 working days to build rural roads and essential infrastructure works.

Social supervision and criticism work was organized synchronously and promptly. The whole province organized 1,149 supervision sessions, 3,494 conferences to contribute ideas to draft documents of Party Congresses at all levels, attracting nearly 247,000 participants; organized 869 conferences to meet voters, synthesizing 6,150 opinions and recommendations to send to competent authorities. Actively participated in contributing ideas to 2,255 draft laws and legal documents, resolutions, decisions, projects and proposals of authorities at all levels related to the rights and interests of cadres, union members, association members and people.

Innovation to improve the quality of operations

One of the highlights of the past term was making digital transformation a breakthrough in the work of the Front. 100% of Front officials at all levels were trained in digital transformation, applying artificial intelligence, using the "Digital Front" platform, effectively using the I-Office Document Management and Operation System software; implementing online meetings, implementing digital signatures, scanning QR codes to receive documents, minimizing the use of paper documents, helping to save time and costs, contributing to building a streamlined, modern and transparent apparatus.

Comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, said that in the new term 2025-2030, the Provincial Fatherland Front identified three breakthroughs: Improving the quality of supervision, social criticism, and participation in Party and government building; Building a united, prosperous, and happy residential area; Applying information technology and digital transformation in the system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province.

Continue to identify the central task of consolidating, expanding and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; orienting activities more strongly to the grassroots, closely connecting with the people, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people. Along with that, promoting patriotic emulation movements, innovating propaganda and mobilization content, focusing on promoting the role of social supervision and criticism; participating in building a clean and strong Party and government, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals.
