Reporting on some outstanding results of the province in 2023, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: In the context of general difficulties and challenges of the economy, the province's GRDP reached 7.27%, ranking 23rd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide. The economic structure is harmonious, in which tourism plays a driving role in promoting growth with over 6.5 million visitors, revenue reaching nearly 6,380 billion VND. The fields of industry, agriculture, new rural construction; Party building, political system, military, local defense, political security, social order and safety are strengthened; internal solidarity and unity create an important foundation for the province to achieve development goals.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Over the past time, Ninh Binh has always paid attention to ensuring social security. The province has reviewed all subjects to fully and promptly implement the regimes and policies of the Central and the province. At the same time, it has mobilized maximum social resources to take care of people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor and near-poor households, and workers in difficult circumstances.

He also said: At the mid-term review conference on the implementation of the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Party Executive Committee comprehensively assessed the results achieved; pointed out difficulties, limitations and causes; analyzed and forecasted the situation, proposed new policies and decisions, key tasks, and key solutions that need to be focused on leading and directing implementation in the coming time. In particular, Ninh Binh set a goal of striving to become a fairly well-off province in the Red River Delta region by 2030 and basically meet the criteria of a centrally-run city, and by 2035 to become a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a heritage city.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that in the coming time, Comrade Dinh Tien Dung and Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha will continue to pay attention and support Ninh Binh to gradually realize the province's development goals and aspirations.

Ninh Binh is increasingly showing a positive direction, focusing on effectively exploiting the potential and advantages of the locality.

Briefly reporting on the socio-economic development situation of Hanoi Capital, Hanoi Party Secretary Dinh Tien Dung said: In 2023, in addition to the basic advantages, Hanoi Capital will face many difficulties and challenges, especially in the context of the international and domestic situation with intertwined advantages, opportunities and difficulties, challenges, and the unusual developments of the epidemic and natural disasters have significantly affected socio-economic development. However, with the efforts of the Party Committee, the government, the political system, all classes of people and the business community, Hanoi City has basically completed the set goals. It is estimated that in the whole year of 2023, the city's GRDP will increase by 6.27%. Budget revenue in the area will reach over 400 trillion VND, accounting for 23% of the total budget revenue of the whole country. The social security sector is of interest, political security is ensured... Currently, the City is implementing many important strategic tasks such as: Coordinating with the Ministry of Justice, ministries, branches, and central agencies to urgently develop and complete the Capital Law Project (amended). At the same time, speed up the progress of planning the Capital for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; starting the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Capital Region...
