General Secretary To Lam presented the Politburo 's Decision on assigning Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, term XVIII, 2025-2030.

At the conference, Party Central Committee member and Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc ceased to participate in the 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat and was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 18th term, 2025-2030 term.

Previously, at the headquarters of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, General Secretary To Lam presented the Politburo's decision to transfer, assign, and appoint comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations.
