The conference heard the announcement of the Party Central Committee Secretariat's Decision on comrade Nguyen Khac Toan's resignation from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; transfer to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van said that comrade Nguyen Khac Toan grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions in different units. He is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management, determined and close to the grassroots; capable of gathering and uniting agencies and units. In all his positions, he has always fulfilled his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the achievements and development of Khanh Hoa province.

Congratulating comrade Nguyen Khac Toan on his new assignment, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee hopes that he will promote his full capacity, enthusiasm, and responsibility, continue to learn, strive, and work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks. The Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hue City Party Committee, the Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, and leaders at all levels and sectors in the city will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and support comrade Nguyen Khac Toan in his new position, focusing on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Hue City Party Congress, term 2025-2030, continuing to make Hue City develop even more strongly in the coming time.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee Nguyen Khac Toan expressed his honor to receive the trust of the Politburo and the Secretariat; and the consensus and support of the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee to assign him to the new position. This is not only a joy and pride but also a responsibility that he is clearly aware of and needs to strive to be worthy of the expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of Hue City.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan pledged to devote all his efforts, courage and sense of responsibility to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the city's leadership team to continue inheriting and promoting the achievements of previous generations, upholding the spirit of solidarity, creativity and drastic actions for the sustainable, modern and livable development of Hue city.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan was born on April 19, 1970, in Khanh Hoa province; he has a Bachelor's degree in Judicial Law, a Bachelor's degree in Party Building and State Administration, and a Senior degree in Political Theory. During his career, he has held many important positions: working at the Provincial Party Committee Office, holding the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, terms XI and XII.

In March 2020, he was elected to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; from June 2021, he held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province. On September 16, 2025, he was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
