He hoped that dignitaries, monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers would continue to make efforts and well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; actively respond to patriotic emulation campaigns and movements launched by the government and the Fatherland Front at all levels. Especially the emulation movement to build "Exemplary Four Pagodas", participate in building the great national unity bloc; unify will and action, better implement the motto: "Buddhism - nation - socialism", together with local Party committees and authorities to successfully carry out political tasks, especially the task of arranging and merging administrative units, streamlining the apparatus, contributing to building Thai Binh province to be more civilized and prosperous.
