BHG-On the afternoon of May 31, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work. Attending the conference on the Central side were comrades: Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Phan Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee. On the Lai Chau province side, there were comrade Giang Pao My, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Lai Chau province; Standing members, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee. On the province side, there were comrades: Thao Hong Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vu Manh Ha, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Hoang Van Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Duc Quy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of some departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, announced the Politburo's Decision on comrade Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to cease participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee and to transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Mai Van Chinh informed: Comrade Vu Manh Ha is a young cadre, matured through many leadership positions, from professional sectors to district and provincial levels; regardless of his position, he always strives to overcome difficulties and challenges to complete assigned tasks. Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that Comrade Vu Manh Ha will soon grasp the new work tasks, excellently complete the assigned tasks; worthy of the trust of the Politburo and the expectations of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lai Chau province.
