BHG - On May 18, the delegation of the Club of former Editors-in-Chief of local Party Newspapers led by Comrade Nguyen Ba Sinh, former Editor-in-Chief of Bac Ninh Newspaper, Deputy Director of the Club, came to offer incense and pay respect to the Heroic Martyrs (AHLS) at Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery. Accompanying the delegation was Comrade Nguyen Trung Thu, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper.

Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of 1,950 martyrs and the mass graves of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the fight to protect the northern border of the Fatherland. In this fight, the martyrs heroically protected every inch of the Fatherland's sacred land with the will "Not an inch to go, not a millimeter to move", determined to firmly hold every hilltop, cliff, and high point with the brave spirit of "Living on the rocks to fight the enemy, dying to become immortal in stone".

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates expressed their respect and gratitude for the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs for the independence and freedom of the nation and the territorial integrity of the Fatherland. They promised to continue to accompany and contribute to the younger generation to fulfill their tasks and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality.
