Dong Nai won 2 prizes in the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest

(DN) - On October 30, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) organized the summary and award ceremony of the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest 2025.

The organizing committee awarded 15 collective prizes and 140 individual prizes to students. The individual prizes included: 4 Outstanding Reading Culture Ambassadors, 8 first prizes, 16 second prizes, 32 third prizes, 64 consolation prizes and thematic prizes for the best entries.

Dong Nai won 2 prizes in the contest. Specifically, the third prize went to contestant Mai Nha Phuong, class 5/8, Nguyen Du Primary School, Tran Bien Ward, with her introduction to the work Blue Lotus (author Son Tung, Kim Dong Publishing House) and the consolation prize went to contestant Nguyen Ngoc Thu An, class 7/9, Asia Bilingual Secondary School, Tran Bien Ward, with her introduction to the work Not to Fall (author Nguyen Bich Lan, Vietnamese Women Publishing House).

The 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest was launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in March 2025. 519 excellent entries that won high prizes in the preliminary round were sent to the national final round, including 404 articles and 115 videos . Through the contest, the passion for reading has been aroused, the spirit of self-reading and creativity in the young generation; at the same time, it contributes to cultivating personality, nurturing the soul, and spreading reading culture in the community.
