Being a policy family, worshiping two martyrs, for many years now Mrs. Tam's family has lived in a seriously degraded level 4 house, without the means to repair it. Her family's circumstances are still difficult, her husband, veteran Chu Quang Uy, is suffering from a serious illness.

Promoting the spirit of "mutual love", Army Corps 16 supported funds to build a decent house for Mrs. Tam's family to stabilize their lives, contributing to eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households in Hung Chau commune. The level 4 house has a usable area of nearly 100m2 , the construction cost more than 100 million VND, of which Army Corps 16 supported 80 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family.

The program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses not only helps people settle down but also vividly demonstrates the spirit of serving the people of the Vietnam People's Army, including the 16th Army Corps.
