During the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Song Ray commune has set the following goals: Continue to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party Committee and the quality of cadres and party members. Continue to innovate working methods, improve the quality of activities of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations; gather and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc to carry out socio-political tasks. Maximally mobilize all resources to invest in infrastructure development, identifying transportation as an important link. Actively care for the development of culture and education; constantly improve the material and spiritual life of the people; promote solidarity, democracy and consensus among the people; maintain political security and social order and safety. Strive to build Song Ray commune to develop comprehensively and sustainably.

In the 2025-2030 term, Song Ray identified three breakthroughs: Innovation and improvement of the quality of personnel work. Building a team of professional, innovative, creative, efficient and effective staff to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; developing ecological agriculture and organic agriculture associated with the development of eco-tourism; focusing resources on investing in infrastructure construction, especially transportation.

To help cadres, party members, union members, association members and people deeply understand and grasp the objectives, contents of the resolution and action program of the congress, the Party Committee of the commune directed the Party Committees and affiliated Party cells to step up propaganda work and organize conferences to quickly inform about the results of the congress. The Party Committee of the commune developed a plan to propagate and implement the resolution; in which it focused on enhancing the role and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, especially Party committee secretaries, in leading and directing the organization of research, study and dissemination of the resolution. Thereby, each Party Committee, agency and unit closely followed the action program to concretize it into plans and projects suitable to the functions, tasks and specific conditions of the agency, unit and locality.

Song Ray Commune is one of the leading localities in applying organic farming models, especially grapefruit and clean rice, with nearly 20 hectares deployed according to organic standards. Farmer support programs such as providing high-quality seeds and training in farming techniques have helped increase the value of agricultural products, bringing stable income to people, with estimated profits of up to 250 million VND/hectare/year.

Song Ray Commune, Dong Nai Province was established after the reorganization of the two former communes of Lam San and Song Ray, with a population of more than 31,000 and an area of ​​65.6 square kilometers. Song Ray Commune Party Committee has 960 party members, operating in 14 branches and grassroots party committees; including 2 grassroots party committees (Party committees of Party agencies, Party committees of the Commune People's Committee with 9 subordinate party committees), 12 grassroots party committees and 16 hamlet party committees.

Specifically, in economic development, Song Ray commune promotes the mobilization and effective use of resources; exploits potentials, conditions and strengths, builds synchronous infrastructure; closely combines sustainable economic development with cultural and social development; promotes cultural strength, people and national solidarity; promotes innovation, creativity, digital transformation, green transformation. Song Ray encourages and attracts investment or links with cooperatives and farmers to grow, process and consume products.

Coming to Song Ray commune in October 2025, we were led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tuoi, Director of Phu Cuong High-Tech Cooperative, to visit the cooperative's vegetable, root and fruit growing area. With a greenhouse area of ​​6,000 m2, each year, Phu Cuong High-Tech Cooperative produces 2 crops of leafy vegetables and many other types of vegetables and fruits. During the production process, the cooperative has applied high technology, complied with VietGAP production process without using pesticides and chemicals, creating safe products. With a total output of over 50 tons, the cooperative's products are ordered by units to supply to collective kitchens of businesses and schools in the commune and neighboring areas.
