Of which, there are 7 field inventory teams, each team of 5 people, responsible for carrying out the inventory of land and assets on the land of the companies. Coordinate with consulting units to carry out asset valuation for compensation and support. Collect documents and legal records related to the company to serve the preparation of compensation and support records according to regulations.

An internal team (office) of 7 people is responsible for arranging and assigning to external teams the number and time of inventory for each company. Synthesize legal documents of each company; coordinate with asset valuation consultants to prepare valuation certificates; coordinate with appraisal teams to review and propose compensation and support for each company. Synthesize and monitor weekly, periodic and ad hoc progress reports as directed.

Up to now, these 8 working groups have carried out their assigned tasks. Currently, the groups have completed the inventory of 11 companies, covering an area of ​​over 56 hectares of land. It is expected that by the end of this week, the inventory of 21 companies, covering an area of ​​over 86 hectares, will be completed; by May 20, 2025, the inventory of 28 companies located in 2 land plots (the area planned to build the Provincial Political - Administrative Center and the land plot for auction of land use rights) will be completed.

On June 7, 2025, the inventory of all companies operating in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park will be completed. This inventory is the basis for developing a compensation and support plan when land is recovered according to regulations.

According to statistics, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park currently has 68 operating companies. In April 2025, Bien Hoa City People's Committee issued 68 land reclamation decisions to each enterprise.
