Dong Thap: Organizing a fireworks art program on the evening of September 2 at Hung Vuong Square

(DTO) On August 21, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province issued Official Dispatch No. 695/UBND-KGVX on "organizing an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)" on the evening of September 2, 2025, at Hung Vuong Square, Dao Thanh ward.

According to plan, fireworks will be launched with 120 low-altitude fireworks displays, lasting 15 minutes.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to deploy a suitable program organization plan, ensuring absolute safety and savings.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Dao Thanh Ward and the Provincial Military Command to develop and deploy a plan to ensure security and order in the area where the Art Program and fireworks display will be held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); a plan to ensure traffic safety in the inner city of Dong Thap province.

Propaganda activities will be widely deployed so that people can grasp information, proactively participate, and contribute to spreading the festival atmosphere. This is not only an entertainment activity, but also an occasion to show gratitude and remind people of the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation; at the same time, promote the image of Dong Thap , dynamic, friendly and rich in identity.
