Through investigation, the police quickly identified the owner of these accounts as Nguyen Minh Tu (born in 1998, residing in Nha Nam town, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province). Nguyen Minh Tu bought all the guns and gun parts and hid them in a secret warehouse. He then used fake social media accounts to post information for sale, along with secret communication and exchange methods to avoid detection by the authorities.
The Investigation Police Agency of Yen Dinh District Police has initiated a criminal case and detained Nguyen Minh Tu for further investigation and clarification.
