Accordingly, from November 1 to November 30, the investor of the social housing project in Nam Dong Ha ward, Vincom Retail Operation Company Limited, will receive applications to buy and rent 142 social housing units. These are apartments built from the fourth quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2024. Each unit is built on a land area of ​​not more than 70m2 ^. The entire project is located within the area of ​​13.69ha, of which the social housing land of the project is ^11,547m2 .
