Binh Thuan Tourism: Welcoming nearly 1 million visitors in one month

Before entering the peak summer season of 2025, tourism activities in Binh Thuan are still bustling with the number of visitors recorded in May continuing to increase and reaching nearly 1 million visitors.

Specifically, according to statistics in May 2025, the whole province is estimated to welcome 992,300 visitors, an increase of more than 12% over the previous month and an increase of 28.11% over the same period last year. For international visitors to Binh Thuan for vacation last month, there were nearly 46,000 visitors, an increase of 11.62% over the previous month and an increase of 88.41% over the same period last year.

This result was partly due to the locality focusing on promoting and advertising Binh Thuan destinations on mass media and social networking platforms. In addition, the tourism industry also implemented a tour to visit and check-in at Bau Trang national scenic spot associated with the movie "Lat Mat 8: Vong Tay Nang", while in the NovaWorld Phan Thiet area, a series of events "Hello Summer - Summer Fest 2025" was launched with many attractive activities...

In the first 5 months of this year, the province is estimated to have welcomed 4,529,300 visitors, an increase of 17.76% over the same period last year, of which international visitors were about 241,600 (an increase of 28.19% over the same period), mainly from China, South Korea, Russia, Germany, the US, the UK... The bustling tourism activities also contributed to the revenue in the past 5 months estimated at more than 12,270 billion VND, an increase of 18.74% over the same period last year. Of which, revenue in May 2025 is estimated at 2,706.9 billion VND, an increase of 33.33% over the same period.
