NielsenIQ's survey shows that 76% of Vietnamese people are willing to pay more for products that meet safety and environmentally friendly criteria.

In order to bring more fresh products and essential goods with guaranteed quality to better serve the needs of customers, Lotte Mart Vietnam has recently expanded its cooperation with Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group (HAGL), distributing more green - sustainable, nutritious agricultural products to the supermarket system nationwide. Accordingly, HAGL becomes a supplier of high-quality fresh products for the Lotte Mart supermarket system, including: bananas, banana-eating pork, frozen durian.

From November 21, HAGL's green agricultural products are sold at the first four Lotte Mart supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City.

From November 21, HAGL's green and sustainable agricultural products will be officially sold at the first four supermarkets: Lotte Mart Nam Sai Gon, Lotte Mart Go Vap, Lotte Mart Tan Binh and Lotte Mart Phu Tho .

Notably, the products Daily Highland Banana, Branch Highland Banana, Pork with Highland Banana and limited items such as frozen durian and frozen durian tray are produced by HAGL exclusively for Lotte Mart's 365 FRESH, the supermarket chain's private label for fresh food items. In addition, Lotte Mart still maintains the consumption of HAGL brand products that are familiar to customers such as Bolaven bananas and HAHA bananas.

Thanks to sustainable production processes and raw materials from the highlands, HAGL's agricultural products bring consumers a superior quality experience. HAGL's bananas and durians are grown in the Bolaven Plateau (Laos), Pleiku Plateau with climate and basalt soil conditions that produce better fruit. Bananas are sweeter, more fragrant and chewy, while durians are rich with a distinct flavor and both meet Global GAP standards.

HAGL's banana-fed pork is raised according to the "3 no" standard.

In particular, HAGL's banana-fed pork is raised according to the "3 no" standard: No antibiotics - No growth stimulants - No animal protein, with food mainly from bananas combined with herbs, providing fragrant, juicy and safe meat quality for health.

Sharing about the expansion of cooperation with HAGL Group, a representative of Lotte Mart Vietnam said: “With the goal of becoming a leading retailer in the fresh food market, where customers can rest assured to buy safe, quality products with clear origins, Lotte Mart is always looking for reputable partners to diversify its product supply. HAGL with its closed, sustainable production process, especially 365 FRESH products, fully meets Lotte Mart's standards. We are excited to introduce HAGL's high-quality products to customers."
