Over the years, Loc Binh district has always paid attention to the State management of family affairs. Every year, the district has developed a plan to implement and propagate the implementation of the Family Code of Conduct; issued many documents directing, guiding, and urging the implementation of the Family Code of Conduct; maintained the operation of models for preventing and combating domestic violence; focused on organizing sports activities and competitions to attract many families to participate, thereby creating a useful and healthy playground to build good family values.

Currently, in the district, the rate of cultural families reaches 88.7%; cultural residential areas reach 64.2%; the number of domestic violence cases has decreased over the years; 100% of communes and towns have established Steering Committees for the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and family work.
