In the world market, silver is currently trading at around 29.9 USD/ounce, equivalent to 793,000 - 798,000 VND/ounce when converted. Although it has recovered to nearly 30 USD/ounce, experts are still cautious about the short-term market outlook.

According to Kitco, analysts said the silver market is still under pressure after US President Donald Trump announced a policy of imposing global import tariffs, causing strong fluctuations in the financial market. Silver prices lost more than 13% just last week due to concerns about the negative impact of the trade war, especially when silver has up to 50% of demand coming from industrial consumption.

Michele Schneider, Chief Market Strategist at MarketGauge, told Kitco News that while silver prices are recovering nicely, it is not the right time to “chase the market.” She said investors should remain cautious, as the long-term direction of the global economy remains unclear.
