Ho Chi Minh City Social Security has conducted a review on its media and discovered that on Google Map (https://www.google.com/maps) when searching for Ho Chi Minh City Social Security and Social Security of districts, the contact information has been changed to 1900.9966.xx. Information of other provincial and municipal Social Security has also been changed similarly.

Unlike the case recently warned in the press, in this case, the subject intentionally edited information of social insurance agencies on search and location pages... to trick people and units in need of contacting to resolve work, consult on social insurance and health insurance policies, receive documents... via fake hotline numbers to collect high phone charges.

This behavior not only defrauds people and organizations of money, but also discredits the social insurance industry and reduces people's trust in state agencies.

Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has only one electronic information portal at: https://tphcm.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn/ to provide information on social insurance and health insurance policies, head office addresses and contact phone numbers of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Office, Thu Duc City Social Insurance and 21 district social insurance offices.

The Vietnam Social Insurance industry has only one customer care hotline number 19009068 to support people and organizations via phone with a fee of only 1,000 VND/minute (paid to the hotline service provider). Other hotline numbers are not from the Vietnam Social Insurance industry.

Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance recommends that if people need support, advice, and guidance on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies, VssID application, procedures for settling social insurance, health insurance benefits, etc., people or organizations should contact the Customer Care Center hotline 19009068 or look up the phone numbers of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance via the Electronic Information Portal at: https://tphcm.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn/ or contact the Social Insurance agency directly.
