Gia Lam: Land use plan for 2025 has 140 projects, total area of ​​nearly 1,000 hectares

Gia Lam District People's Committee said that on May 26, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2637/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam District, which was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 122/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025.

Specifically: Adjust and supplement 12 works and projects with a total land use area of ​​about 284.57 hectares in the List of works and projects implemented in the Land Use Plan for 2025 of Gia Lam district. Including important projects, such as: Investing in building infrastructure for the Hapro food industrial cluster; investing in building a smart technology vocational high school; renovating, upgrading, and expanding the Nam Son inland waterway wharf into a Gia Lam general port area; renovating and upgrading National Highway 1A from the new Duong bridge to the end of Gia Lam district...

Adjust the content of "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan, including 131 projects with a total area of ​​714.33 hectares" in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 122/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025 of the City People's Committee to: "List of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan, including 140 projects with a total area of ​​about 998.9 hectares".

Other contents of the 2025 Land Use Plan of Gia Lam district shall be implemented in accordance with Decision No. 122/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee. The above Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
