Gia Loc invests over 42.5 billion VND to renovate 4 traffic routes

Some roads in Gia Loc will be renovated and expanded to facilitate people's travel.

The 4 routes to be renovated include: district road 20C, section from km 0+130 - km 1+130 (Dong Quang commune), 1 km long, costing nearly 14.8 billion VND; district road 39E, section from km 0+00 - km 0+946 (Gia Tan commune), nearly 950 m long, costing over 14.6 billion VND; the bypass route of National Highway 38B from Doan Thuong High School to Cay village road (Doan Thuong commune), 500 m long, costing over 7 billion VND and district road 20C, section from km 1+580 - km 2+080 (Nhat Tan commune), about 500 m long, costing over 6 billion VND.

The renovated items include widening, resurfacing, speed bumps, drainage systems on both sides...

The project is assigned to Gia Loc District Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. Capital source is from the district budget for the period 2021-2025 and other legal sources. Implementation period is from 2024-2026.

Once completed, these routes will ensure people's travel and transportation of goods, promoting the district's socio -economic development.
