In the first months of the year, the industrial production value (current price) in the province is estimated at 2,212.36 billion VND, up 43.95% over the same period last year, reaching 27.7% of the yearly plan.

The production and business situation of industrial production units, mineral activities, processing industry, and consumer industry in the province is basically stable. Some products increased compared to the same period last year such as: Manganese ore and manganese concentrate increased by 30%; Ferro manganese of all kinds increased by 114%; Nickel copper concentrate increased by 24.7%, etc.

However, the situation of small-scale handicraft production in localities tends to decrease due to small scale, limited production capacity, and narrow consumption market. The value of small-scale handicraft production in districts and cities only reached 225.39 billion VND, down 9.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 24% of the plan.

According to the assessment, the industrial production value increased by nearly 44%, showing positive signs of recovery in the province's industrial sector, especially in the processing and mining industry. In the coming time, the province will continue to focus on removing difficulties, promoting production and business, contributing significantly to the target of 8% GRDP growth in 2025.
