According to data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market in this operating period (from August 11, 2023 to August 20, 2023) is affected by factors such as concerns surrounding China's weak economic activity, the appreciation of the USD, a decrease in US crude oil reserves, China using oil reserves to prevent OPEC+ from cutting supplies to push oil prices up... The above factors caused oil prices from August 11 to August 20 to fluctuate up and down.
