On the afternoon of June 4, in Pleiku City ( Gia Lai ), the Organizing Committee of the 7-a-side football tournament of the National Championship of Bia Saigon Dragon Cup 2025 - Central Highlands region conducted a draw, arranged the competition schedule and held a technical meeting with the participation of representatives of 6 teams, ready for the opening day on June 7.

The National 7-a-side Football Championship (VPL-S6) is the most prestigious grassroots playground today, gathering strong teams from 8 regions across the country: the North ( Hanoi ), the South (Ho Chi Minh City), the Northeast (Hai Phong), the North Central (Nghe An), the Central Central (Da Nang), the South Central (Khanh Hoa), the Central Highlands (Gia Lai) and the West (Can Tho). The best teams in each region will qualify for the national finals, scheduled to take place in Hanoi at the end of July.
In the Central Highlands region, this year's tournament has the participation of 6 clubs, including the reigning champion Dak Lak Lottery, the only representative from Dak Lak. Host Gia Lai contributes 5 clubs including: Huy Hang, Betong 26 Gia Lai, NAMDONG Gia Lai, Minh Quang Transport and Vinfast Quyen Charging Station.

The teams will compete in a round robin format, selecting the team with the highest score to compete for a ticket to the national finals. The opening match promises to be exciting when Dak Lak Lottery faces Vinfast Quyen Charging Station, creating a remarkable opening match of the 7-a-side football tournament in the mountain town of Pleiku.
The tournament takes place from June 7 to 28, promising to bring to the Central Highlands fans a real football festival with many beautiful moves, fair-play spirit and enthusiastic cheers from the stands. This is not only a place for the teams to compete, but also an opportunity to spread the love of 7-a-side football to the Central Highlands sports-loving community.
