In its fourth edition, the tournament gathered 37 teams, including 22 U10 teams and 15 U8 teams, representing districts, towns and cities across the province.

In the U10 age group, 22 teams are divided into 7 groups (including 6 groups of 3 teams and 1 group of 4 teams), playing a round-robin to calculate points and rank. The 7 group winners and the second-placed team in the 4-team group will qualify for the quarter-finals.

In the U8 age group, 15 teams are divided into 5 groups. The teams will compete in a round-robin format to select the 5 group winners and 3 best second-place teams to advance to the quarter-finals.

All matches will be played according to FIFA 5-a-side football rules, held at Quang Xuong District Stadium and Gymnasium.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also disseminated the regulations, professional and technical regulations of the tournament; at the same time, conducted the draw to divide the groups and arranged the competition schedule for both U8 and U10 age groups.

With a large number of teams, highly appreciated professional quality and the eager spirit of the team leaders and coaches, the drawing ceremony took place openly, transparently and received consensus from the teams.

According to initial assessments, this year's groups are quite balanced. Some groups are considered "groups of death" when gathering many strong teams, who have achieved good results in previous seasons - promising to bring attractive and dramatic matches right from the group stage.

Immediately after the draw, the teams entered the final preparation stage before the opening ceremony, scheduled to be held on the afternoon of June 7 at the Quang Xuong District Gymnasium. The official matches will start from the morning of the same day (June 7) and will be livestreamed on the digital platforms of Thanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio and Television Station.
