Handing over 1,622.1m2 of land to My Duc district to build infrastructure for the land auction area

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 1103/QD-UBND dated February 27, 2025 on the allocation of 1,622.1 square meters of land in Dai Hung commune, My Duc district to My Duc district People's Committee to implement the Project of constructing technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Gia area, Ha Xa village, Dai Hung commune, My Duc district.

According to the Decision, Hanoi City assigned 1,622.1 m2 of land in Dai Hung commune, My Duc district (land recovery work has been completed) to the People's Committee of My Duc district to implement the Project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Gia area, Ha Xa village, Dai Hung commune, My Duc district, according to the investment project approved by the People's Committee of My Duc district in Decision No. 1329/QD-UBND dated March 13, 2024.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing QH 01, scale 1/500, prepared by Viet A Architecture, Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024 and approved by My Duc District People's Committee on October 16, 2024; The coordinate positioning map of the boundary markers was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on May 7, 2024.

Of the total area of ​​1,622.1m² of land, there are 1,504.7m² of residential land; 117.4m² of technical infrastructure land. Form of land use: The People's Committee of My Duc district is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees; The winner of the auction for residential land use rights is allocated land by the State with land use fees, land use term: Long-term. Method of land allocation: Land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

My Duc District People's Committee is responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, and ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management. Contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field. Organize implementation according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. My Duc District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, economical and effective use of land. Prepare a plan for auctioning land use rights and submit it to the competent authority for approval; organize auctions of land use rights in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures...

Instruct auction winners to fulfill financial obligations; register land use rights; issue certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land; complete investment procedures and application for construction permits according to regulations.

In addition, the Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and adjusts land changes into cadastral records according to regulations.
