Accordingly, 10,137 square meters in Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district were handed over to the People's Committee of Dong Anh district (Dong Anh district Construction Investment Project Management Board) to implement the project of building the Nhue village kindergarten center, Kim Chung commune approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Decision No. 7373/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2020 and Decision No. 3743/QD-UBND dated May 26, 2023.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land are determined in the Master Plan Drawing, scale 1/500 of the project to build the Kindergarten Center of Nhue village, Kim Chung commune, prepared by CDCC Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company and approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Document No. 2279/UBND-QLDT dated September 21, 2020.

Of the total 10,137m2 of land, 8,000m2 of land is used to implement the project of building the Nhue Village Kindergarten Center, Kim Chung Commune, in the form of State land allocation without land use fees, long-term land use; 2,137m2 of land for traffic and connecting technical infrastructure, in the form of State land allocation without land use fees; Dong Anh District People's Committee invests in building technical infrastructure synchronous with the general infrastructure of the area according to the planning and assigns it to the management unit according to regulations.

The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field; guide the procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other assets attached to land according to regulations. At the same time, organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure; Be responsible for the preparation and approval of the Master Plan Drawing, Boundary Drawing at scale 1/500 to ensure no interleaved land area arises, and use land economically and effectively. Use land for the right purpose, boundary, and area assigned; implement the investment project, accept and hand over the project for use in accordance with regulations on public property management.
