Meeting on administrative management of social order in October

(HBĐT) - On October 20, the Provincial Police held an online conference to evaluate all aspects of administrative management of social order in October 2023.

Colonel Do Thanh Binh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, gave a speech at the conference.

In October, the administrative police force for social order and the provincial police did a good job of advising and effectively performing assigned tasks. In particular, they urged and guided the police of districts, cities, and commune-level police to focus on resolving 9 remaining issues that need to be corrected, updated, and supplemented with citizen information, such as: 773 cases of discrepancies in information between tax and residents; 1,882 cases of discrepancies in information between social insurance and residents; 70 cases of missing residents with unknown destinations; 7 cases of updating missing information fields; 26 cases of discrepancies in information between the judiciary and residents; 71 cases of updating 9-digit ID cards; 73 overdue, unapproved, and undelivered records.

The Provincial Police Director requested that in the coming time, the administrative police force for social order continue to grasp population movements, manage well the types of subjects, effectively apply the national database system on population, citizen identification, identification and electronic authentication to serve the work of crime prevention and control. Functional units, district and city police focus on coordinating with social organizations to review, compare and update the national database on population; improve the efficiency and quality of handling denunciations and crime reports; registration and management of residence on the national database system on population; archiving, issuing and managing ID cards; registration and management of weapons, explosives, support tools and business lines with conditions on security and order.
