On the evening of September 1, at October 14 Square, the Provincial Cultural Center organized a music exchange program to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented flowers to units participating in the music exchange program.
The program attracted 10 units, including: 8 music clubs of districts and cities; Provincial Business Culture Club; Thai Binh City International Dance Training Center.
