“Looking at land prices in Hanoi and the surrounding areas, especially in areas where auctions cost hundreds of millions per square meter and immediate payment is required, the difference is huge. The reason for this extremely surprising price is because this is the first time Sun Group has entered the new market. The price is for people with real housing needs, creating housing conditions for all people,” Mr. Hien analyzed.
