Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to "retain and continue to use" 110 houses in the state-owned housing fund in Hoi An city when reorganizing.

Of these, 99 houses are located in Minh An ward - the central area of ​​Hoi An ancient town. The rest are scattered in Son Phong, Cam Pho, Thanh Ha and Tan An wards.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the People's Committee of Hoi An City and the Steering Committee and the Housing and Land Arrangement Support Team of the People's Committee of Hoi An City to be responsible for the information, data and legal documents of the housing and land facilities identified in the minutes of the current status inspection.

In case of detecting inaccurate information or data or relating to consulting on forms of handling houses and land when rearranging not in accordance with regulations or there is a change in the arrangement plan compared to the approved plan, the Steering Committee and the Housing and Land Arrangement Support Team of Hoi An City People's Committee shall promptly report.
Hoi An City People's Committee to adjust the plan, send to the Department of Finance for synthesis, report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and adjustment.
