Project No. 1 - Duc Giang Nghi Son Chemical Complex is built on an area of ​​30 hectares, with a total investment of VND 2,400 billion, starting in February 2025. To meet the urgent progress of the project, during the holidays, hundreds of engineers and workers still stay at the construction site.

The Duc Giang Nghi Son Chemical Complex aims to supply basic and essential chemicals directly to the petrochemical, metallurgical and chemical processing industries. Entering the dry season this year, about 2,000 workers will be mobilized to install machinery, promptly putting the plant into operation in the first quarter of 2026.

The contractor is speeding up the construction progress of the North-South railway overpass project and the roads at both ends of the bridge on the East-West Highway route with a total investment of more than 647 billion VND to open to technical traffic on the occasion of National Day, September 2, 2025.

Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company said it is mobilizing 100 workers to work "3 shifts, 4 shifts" during the holiday at the construction site.

Also in Thanh Hoa City, the contractor Central Joint Stock Corporation also mobilized human resources to complete the Children's Cultural Palace and the City Sports Center, striving to operate in time for the summer of 2025.

Urgent construction atmosphere at the Billion Union Vietnam Fabric Factory construction site in Tan Truong commune (Nghi Son town).

ALC Construction Joint Stock Company is mobilizing 300 workers to deploy the foundation and is expected to install machinery in October. In the fourth quarter, the factory will conduct trial operations to put the production lines into operation by the end of 2025, earlier than the approved schedule of June 2026.

The second phase of Nam Song Ma Avenue, from Quang Hung ward to the end of Quang Tam ward, was started on April 19. Contractors also organized the construction in shifts throughout the holidays.

Contractor Minh Tuan Construction Investment Joint Stock Corporation mobilized many construction vehicles and human resources to meet the general progress, putting the Nam Song Ma Boulevard Project Phase 2 into operation from October 2026, helping to connect with the coastal road and inter-regional traffic axes.
