Diversified forms of propaganda

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 01 and instructions from the Central Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to organize an online conference to study and disseminate the content of the 2022 topic. At the same time, the Advisory Board compiled, printed and distributed 3,000 documents on the 2022 topic.

Propaganda work is carried out in many diverse and rich forms such as integrating into activities, through social networks, mass media, knowledge contests... creating a wide spread. In particular, Dak Nong Newspaper, Dak Nong Radio - Television Station, Nam Nung Magazine build and maintain a special page and column "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" regularly and continuously.

The discovery, training and replication of typical models and examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have been directed by Party committees at all levels to be implemented seriously and effectively. In particular, Party committees have registered 28 new models in studying and following Uncle Ho in 2021 and the period 2022 - 2025 for building and widely propagating. Information, propaganda and fighting against wrong information, viewpoints, and distorted arguments of hostile, reactionary and opportunistic forces; timely detecting and correcting distorted perceptions.

In Dak Glong district, according to the Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Ta Dinh Hai, the propaganda and dissemination work to cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees is carried out in many different forms, suitable for each subject. Specifically, in 2022, the whole district organized 76 conferences to study and disseminate Conclusion No. 01, the entire course's topics and the 2022 topics, attracting 2,057 participants, including 1,942 party members and 115 people.

Similarly, identifying propaganda as an important factor in implementing Conclusion No. 01, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has led and directed the grassroots party organizations under its management to implement it in many suitable forms such as combining with emulation movements of agencies, units, and enterprises; associated with welcoming and celebrating major holidays of the country, the province, and the industry... Mass organizations in the Bloc organize seminars, competitions, and commend good people and good deeds in the emulation movement to study and follow Uncle Ho...

Solve outstanding, pressing issues

Identifying the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 as one of the important solutions to improve the quality of Party building work in terms of politics, ideology and ethics. Party committees, party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to include studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the programs and action plans to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Central resolutions on Party building, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. 100% of grassroots party organizations and cadres, civil servants and public employees develop plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle for the entire term and thematic period of 2022, commit to the responsibility of setting an example, cultivating, training and implementing ethical criteria and standards, linked to the functions and tasks assigned by the unit to annually evaluate and classify party members and civil servants.

Learning and following Uncle Ho, cadres and people of village 6, Dak Wer commune (Dak R'lap) always join hands and contribute money to build rural roads.

Party committees, authorities at all levels, agencies and units have linked Party building and rectification with building a clean and strong political system; effectively solving breakthroughs, key tasks, and pressing issues in practice; and linking with patriotic emulation movements and campaigns at all levels and sectors. District Party committees, city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee have registered 21 outstanding issues that need to be focused on leading and directing to resolve in 2021 and the 2022-2025 period. In particular, focusing on directing and proposing solutions right from the grassroots level, fundamentally solving issues related to public ethics of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees, in site clearance, environmental sanitation, implementation of policies and regimes, citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations, etc., has been highly appreciated and agreed upon by cadres, party members, and the people. In administrative procedure reform, focus on simplifying administrative procedures; implementing well the one-stop-shop and inter-connected one-stop-shop regulations; promoting the implementation of the regulations on office culture and public ethics; strengthening leadership and direction in practicing thrift and fighting waste; rectifying working style and manners, implementing discipline and order in State administrative agencies.

In addition, patriotic emulation movements and campaigns have been effectively implemented, such as the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; the movement "Cadres, civil servants and public employees of Dak Nong province compete to implement office culture"; models such as "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", "Voluntary blood donation", "Lighting up the countryside", "Security cameras", "Donating land for roads and public works to serve socio-economic development", "Flower streets", etc. From there, gathering and creating a widespread influence in agencies and communities, contributing to promoting local economic, cultural and social development; gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people, strengthening the great national unity bloc. Socio-political organizations have implemented many activities to accompany poor members in building houses and developing the economy with the motto "giving fishing rods, not strings of fish".
