Five days after the third storm (Yagi) devastated Ha Long City and other localities in Quang Ninh Province, life has gradually returned to normal in the city on the edge of the heritage. With urgent efforts to overcome the consequences of the storm, tourism service businesses in the city are gradually ensuring the highest level of facilities and human resources to welcome tourists.

Ms. Elizabeth Dickerson, an American tourist, shared: “Our group of 31 people traveled from Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue. On the way, we heard about the storm that devastated your city. We were very touched to see your trees, houses, and hometowns destroyed, and every person here is trying very hard to restore this place. The hotel still ensures good conditions for our stay. This is the second time I have returned to Ha Long after many years. If I have the chance, I will come back to see your city develop more and become greener.”
