Among the public high schools, Viet Duc High School has the highest enrollment target of 810 students. Among private high schools, the highest are Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School and Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary and High School (Cau Giay) with a target of 675 students; right after these two schools is Vinschool Primary, Secondary and High School with a target of 600 students...

According to the plan, students in the city must complete their registration for grade 10 admission and submit their application form on April 24, 2023 at the school where they are currently studying grade 9.
The entrance exam for non-specialized public high schools in Hanoi for the 2023-2024 school year will take place on June 10 and 11, 2023. In the 2022-2023 school year, the city is expected to have 129,210 students considered for recognition of secondary school graduation.
