The announcement ceremony will include the announcement of: Decision to end the activities of 30 Party Committees of districts, towns and cities under the Hanoi Party Committee; Decision to establish Party Committees of communes and wards under the Hanoi Party Committee; Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and personnel of the commune-level Party Committee; Resolution to appoint the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the People's Council, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level; Decision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level.
According to the Hanoi Party Committee, the announcement ceremony aims to widely propagate throughout society about the implementation of commune-level administrative units to all people and businesses about the legality and official operating time of the political system and 2-level local government apparatus.
At the same time, create an atmosphere of solidarity and excitement so that the announcement ceremony can truly be a festival for all people, a political event marking the official implementation of the two-level local government political system; creating trust and consensus among the people.
To celebrate the event, Hanoi City has mobilized local households, agencies and businesses to simultaneously hang the national flag from June 28.
