Hanoi stops handling unemployment insurance directly at 13 floors

According to the latest announcement of the Hanoi Employment Service Center, this agency will stop receiving and returning results for direct applications for unemployment benefits at 13 satellite job exchanges from April 1.

This is to encourage workers to use the National Public Service Portal because it is convenient, fast, complete, secure, and in accordance with regulations. Unemployment insurance beneficiaries also do not have to queue or wait to get a number to submit their application directly.

The Center will increase propaganda and guidance for workers who need to submit unemployment insurance applications to register online.

In case you want to submit directly, you can still go to the one-stop department, Hanoi Employment Service Center at two locations: No. 215 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay, and No. 144 Tran Phu, Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong.

From November 28, 2023 to March 14, 2024, nearly 2,500 people submitted unemployment insurance applications at 4 satellite job sites including Dong Anh, Nam Tu Liem, Long Bien, and Gia Lam.
