On the morning of May 11, at Vietnam Quoc Tu, the organizing committee conducted a ceremony to invite the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc to enshrine at Da Bao tower.

The Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Thich Tri Quang, presided over the ceremony, with the participation of the Venerables of the Council of Patriarchs, the Executive Council, the Central Ritual Committee and the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Ho Chi Minh City.

After performing the rituals, the procession carrying the heart relics of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc moved from the place of worship to Da Bao tower in the grounds of Viet Nam Quoc Tu.

The 13-storey, 63-meter-high Da Bao Tower symbolizes the spirit of service and unity of 13 organizations, associations, and sects, and commemorates the non-violent struggle for religious equality of Buddhism that took place in 1963.

The heart relics of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc will be permanently enshrined at Da Bao tower.

Hundreds of Buddhists and people came to Vietnam Quoc Tu early to watch the ceremony.

Buddhists wearing robes, standing solemnly, clasping their hands and reciting Buddha's name, many Buddhists even knelt down to show their respect for Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc when the procession passed by.

When the procession inviting the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc moved into Da Bao tower, all Buddhists and people remained standing there chanting Buddha's name until the procession returned.

Many people who arrived late and were not able to see the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc stayed to watch the images and information about Bodhisattva through the displayed images and documentary clips.

On May 5, the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc was invited from the State Bank of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City branch, to Vietnam Quoc Tu Pagoda for people to worship.

From May 6 to 10 (April 9 to 13, At Ty year), many monks, nuns, Buddhists, and people from everywhere came to worship.

Venerable Thich Tam Hai - the person assigned by the Church to coordinate the organization of the event to worship the heart relic of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc at Vietnam National Temple - said that thousands of delegations have registered to visit Vietnam National Temple in recent days, with some days the number of worshipers reaching up to 60,000 people.

The ceremony to invite the heart relics of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc was attended by the dignitaries of the Council of Patriarchs, the Executive Council, the Central Ritual Committee and the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Ho Chi Minh City.

The procession invited the Bodhisattva's heart relics into the Da Bao tower.

Buddhists and people respectfully attend the invitation ceremony.
