Hanoi FC sets the highest goal in V-League, Tuan Hai says something special

(Dan Tri) - On the morning of August 13, Hanoi FC held a ceremony to launch the team for the 2025-26 V-League season. Striker Pham Tuan Hai expressed his determination to win the championship and confided about his dream of playing abroad.

The launch ceremony of the new season of Hanoi FC took place in a vibrant atmosphere with the presence of many high-ranking guests such as Mr. General Khiev Sameth - President of the Southeast Asian Football Federation; Mr. Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet - Director of the Vietnam Sports Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, Hanoi FC Chairman Do Vinh Quang shared that over the past 20 years, Hanoi FC has written a proud story with fans through championships, memorable matches and an enduring love for football in the capital. In the new season, the club not only aims for the best results but is also determined to leave a deep impression in the hearts of fans.

This is a special season - a season of "memories and aspirations" - when Hanoi FC looks back on nearly two decades of journey, while facing the challenge of competing in the V-League.

In preparation, the team has added quality new players such as attacking midfielder Hendrio, central defender Adriel da Silva, defensive midfielder Willian Maranhao. They will play alongside experienced pillars including Van Quyet, Hung Dung, Duy Manh, Thanh Chung, Tuan Hai, Hai Long, Xuan Manh...

Head coach Makoto Teguramori affirmed: “During the recent preparation period, the whole team has worked hard, each player has shown determination and professionalism. We understand that, although football always has challenges, the spirit of solidarity, perseverance and desire to win will be the key for Hanoi Football Club to achieve the best results in the upcoming season”.

Since its establishment in 2006, Hanoi FC has become one of the most successful clubs in Vietnam: 6 V-League championships, 3 National Cups, 5 National Super Cups and many appearances in the AFC Champions League and AFC Cup.

During the departure ceremony, striker Pham Tuan Hai shared: “I still want to go abroad to develop my career. I have presented my wishes to the club's leadership about receiving an offer from a team from Latvia (Europe). However, the time is relatively urgent, as the European transfer market is about to close.

I have expressed my desire to play abroad and the Hanoi FC leadership is willing to support me in finding a team and other related issues so that I can have the best study abroad experience. I know where I am and have no regrets with my career at its peak. However, my biggest goal right now is to win the V-League next season with Hanoi FC.”

In the 2025-26 season, Hanoi FC also launched 3 new jersey designs, carrying the consistent message of “Past - Present - Future”. In which, the traditional purple home jersey, which has been associated since 2016, combines stylized floral motifs and chains created from the club's initials, symbolizing the strength over the past 20 years.

The yellow away shirt, with the logo from the 2009 season, recalls the team's history and tradition, and is a reminder for the next generation to cherish the heritage. The white third shirt, with a minimalist design and a stylized Khue Van Cac logo, represents the dynamism and innovation to keep up with the world football trend.

Along with the departure ceremony, Hanoi FC officially opened Hanoi FC Store - a genuine souvenir distribution store at Stand A, Hang Day Stadium. This is a project that has been cherished for a long time, aiming to bring a shopping space and a unique experience to fans.
