The list, published on May 14, is the result of a survey of about 18,500 people about cultural and artistic experiences in cities around the world as well as the quality and level of investment in this field.
According to Time Out, cultural and artistic experiences in these cities are not only limited to the spaces of museums, art galleries, and theaters, but also include community activities, festivals, street activities, etc.

Hanoi is honored to be ranked 9th in the list, and is also the highest ranked Asian representative, above other famous cities in the region such as Beijing (China), Jakarta (Indonesia), Delhi (India).
Editors of a famous travel magazine say that cultural experiences in Hanoi are friendly and don't cost much.
Visitors can visit the walking street near the Old Quarter to enjoy free street performances by freelance artists or immerse themselves in music with emerging local bands at Hanoi Rock City.
From the center, just a few hours drive, visitors can experience cultural parties in the suburbs.
"Hanoi is a city of captivating beauty, with a history of more than 1,000 years. As one writer once wrote, Hanoi's charm lies in its modernity and youthfulness, but it is also inseparable from the past," Time Out emphasized.
Time Out is a prestigious magazine that provides information about travel, cuisine, culture and entertainment in major cities around the world. Founded in London (UK) in 1968, Time Out has now expanded its network to many countries.
