An Bang Beach attracts tourists in hot season

According to our records, in recent days, An Bang beach (Cam An ward) has been chosen as a destination by thousands of foreign and Vietnamese tourists.

Ms. Ngo Thi Thuong (born in 1990), a tourist from Hanoi, said that her family had a trip to visit the ancient town of Hoi An - Da Nang and stayed for about a week. To dispel the hot weather, the family members chose to go to An Bang beach to cool off during the day, and in the evening to explore the ancient town.

“My family really likes An Bang beach, it has clear, clean water, a beautiful stretch of sand, and the food here is both cheap and delicious. Especially on hot days like this, swimming in the sea is a great way to cool off,” Ms. Thuong shared.

Mr. Tran Hong Quang (Tan Thanh block, Cam An ward) said that every afternoon he takes his children to An Bang beach to swim, helping them cool off and have fun after a stressful school year.

“Recently, more and more tourists have flocked to An Bang, helping locals earn more income from tourism services. As a local, I am very happy about this,” Mr. Quang said excitedly.

Mr. Nguyen Muoi - security guard of An Bang beach said, his team has 7 members who are always on duty at the beach to remind tourists of safe swimming areas and rescue those who unfortunately drown.

“Currently, during the hot season, more and more people and tourists come to An Bang beach, especially on weekends. The work of the team is a bit harder, but we feel happy and joyful when we can serve and ensure the safety of everyone when swimming in the sea. Besides, tourists come back to the team, the work is carried out regularly and there is a stable income,” Mr. Muoi shared.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Vice Chairman of Cam An Ward People's Committee (Hoi An City) informed that every day there are thousands of tourists visiting and swimming at An Bang beach.

In the morning and at noon, Western tourists often come to sunbathe and enjoy the cuisine at the beach, while in the afternoon, most of them are Vietnamese and Asian tourists. The ward always deploys rescue work at sea 24/24 hours to ensure the safety of tourists swimming and having fun at An Bang beach.
