On September 21, the Hanoi Party Committee issued Conclusion No. 139-KL/TU of the City Party Executive Committee on the Project to establish Gia Lam district and wards of Gia Lam district, Hanoi city.

Based on the opinions of the members of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee (17th term) on the content of the "Project to establish Gia Lam district and wards of Gia Lam district, Hanoi city" submitted by the Party Committee of the City People's Committee, the Executive Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the policy for the proposal of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee on the Project to establish Gia Lam district and wards of Gia Lam district.

The Party Committee of the City People's Committee is assigned to direct the City People's Committee and relevant agencies to review and complete documents to ensure compliance with current regulations of relevant laws before submitting them to competent authorities for consideration and approval according to the set plan to successfully carry out political tasks in 2023.
