Hanoi attracts talented teachers at vocational training institutions

According to the plan, along with issuing a communication plan on vocationaleducation in stages and specifically each year with clear communication contents and forms, the city will organize programs, activities, competitions, seminars, reports, television, and advertisements on the above content, and at the same time, expand the scale of dissemination activities.

At the same time, develop mechanisms and policies to attract teachers with high capacity, qualifications and skills to teach at vocational education institutions; organize training courses for key officials and teachers of vocational education institutions abroad; organize training courses to improve knowledge, capacity and skills for leaders, managers and teachers at vocational education institutions.

The city also builds and perfects specific mechanisms and policies to improve the quality of vocational education, such as: Building technical economic norms and service prices for vocational training at college level, intermediate level, elementary level, under 3 months; policies to support tuition fees for vocational training at intermediate and college levels; policies to support tuition fees for vocational students for high-quality programs.

At the same time, review, adjust and supplement vocational education land funds for vocational education units into the land use planning; propose mechanisms and policies to support land recovery and site clearance for non-public vocational education units; hand over land to public colleges and intermediate schools in the city.

Regarding the development of an operating model for public schools, the city will propose the Ministry of Education and Training to submit to the Prime Minister for approval the selection of high-quality school development for selected schools; approve the selection of investment in training in key industries and occupations; develop a project to become a regional center for high-quality vocational training and practice, a national center for high-quality vocational training and practice.

To do this well, the City People's Committee assigned public and non-public vocational education units in the city to focus on synchronously implementing tasks and solutions according to the content of the Project "Improving the quality of vocational education in the city in the period of 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035" to promote enrollment and training, contributing to increasing the rate of trained workers and the quality of vocational education in the capital; at the same time, proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement the assigned tasks in this plan and the above project according to regulations.
