In addition to contributing ideas to amend and supplement the Constitution, union members and young people in the city also actively guide people to implement this content. The activity not only contributes to raising legal and political awareness among young people, but also clearly demonstrates the pioneering role of the capital's youth in the digital transformation process.

Implementing the direction of the Hanoi Youth Union, Dong Da District Youth Union has directed its affiliated Youth Unions and Associations to establish 17 volunteer youth teams with the participation of more than 200 union members and young people. The teams directly go to residential areas, "go to every alley, knock on every door", coordinate with functional forces to guide and support people to participate in giving opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application.
Secretary of the District Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Dong Da District Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam said: “The Dong Da District Youth Union has thoroughly disseminated and propagated to 100% of cadres, union members and youth in the district to participate in contributing opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application, ensuring completion before May 25, 2025. In addition, the Youth Union widely propagates the purpose and significance of amending the Constitution and the benefits of participating in giving opinions on VNeID to the people, in order to contribute to building a prosperous and democratic country”.

Meanwhile, union members and youth of Duc Thang ward (Bac Tu Liem district) stepped up propaganda work in the 7-day voluntary campaign to collect public opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application.
The young people maintained the activity of “going to every alley, knocking on every door”, guiding people in 8 residential groups to give their opinions directly with just a few touches on their smartphones. This simplicity and convenience has helped attract widespread citizen participation, promote ownership, fairness, democracy and enhance civic responsibility and obligations.
In Tay Ho district, the Youth Union also mobilized union members and young people to go directly to grassroots areas and residential groups, coordinating with functional forces to guide and support people to contribute ideas on the VNeID application.
Secretary of the District Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Tay Ho District Dinh Ngoc Thanh said: “The District Youth Union mobilized more than 150 members and young people to participate in guiding people to give opinions on the Constitution through the VneID application, at home and at meeting places of the Residential Group. The young people guided people on how to log in, search for content to contribute, select and send opinions on the VNeID application, making the process of giving opinions easy and quick.”
Thanks to the enthusiastic support of union members and young people, more and more people are contributing ideas on VNeID, demonstrating their concern and civic responsibility for the country's development.
