This is an annual activity directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, organized by the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts in coordination with relevant units.

The 26th World Children's Day 2025 is a healthy and educational entertainment playground for children during the summer; actively contributing to the implementation of the Party and State's policies on the National Action Program for Children, enhancing the responsibility of the community in caring for and educating children.

The festival has many attractive activities, including the photo exhibition "President Ho Chi Minh with children" introducing beautiful images and moments showing President Ho Chi Minh's affection, concern and special care for children across the country.

The photo exhibition cluster “Children - Kindergarten of the country” introduces images about the content of child care, education, support and protection, contributing to spreading awareness and responsibility of families, schools and the whole society to join hands to create a safe and healthy environment for the comprehensive development of children. The event also aims to encourage children to follow well the “5 teachings of Uncle Ho”, be good children, good students, constantly develop themselves, mature over the years, following in the footsteps of previous generations to build and protect the Fatherland.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also implemented a series of creative and fun activities such as: experiencing circus arts - variety shows and puppetry; practicing making traditional craft products such as pottery, ceramic mosaics, folk painting printing... Children also participated in the "Rolling the Dream" playground, making fun products from recycled tires, mosaics from recycled glass; experiencing being a firefighter and learning fire safety skills...

The highlight of the program is the event “Childhood Book Pages” displaying and introducing good books, inspiring children’s love of reading; disseminating knowledge about traffic safety, instructing safe driving skills, practicing on the driving track, participating in minigames... There is also a children’s play area with outdoor exercise equipment and an area set up with the theme “Brilliant Childhood”. In addition, the Organizing Committee arranged an area to display and communicate about children’s rights and introduce communication products related to child protection work.

Within the framework of “World Children’s Day”, there are also many special art programs with the participation of famous artists such as: “Hello Summer 2025” Grand Concert with the theme “Brilliant Summer”; “English Arena” exchange at Primary level; circus and variety show “Welcoming Happy Summer” (May 30); programs “Summer Dance”, “Floating Clouds” (May 31), “Childhood Kite”, “Childhood Night” (June 1)… In particular, on the opening night of May 29, children will have the opportunity to interact with People’s Artist Xuan Bac and People’s Artist Tu Long.

The program took place at Thuy Dinh Stage, Tan Thanh Ward, Hoa Lu City, Ninh Binh.
