Ha Tinh has a new Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Mr. Bui Nhan Sam, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, has just been transferred and assigned to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.

On November 12, Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai signed Decision No. 2827/QD-UBND on receiving and appointing officials.

According to the Decision, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province received Mr. Bui Nhan Sam (born in 1971), member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to work at the Department of Education and Training from November 14, 2025, appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Previously, on the same day, the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 58-QD/TU on the transfer and assignment of personnel work for Mr. Bui Nhan Sam.

Mr. Bui Nhan Sam, from Dong Loc commune, Ha Tinh province, has a Master's degree in Political Science. Mr. Sam started out as a Biology teacher and has held many positions such as Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Secretary of the Huong Son District Party Committee (formerly), and Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
