On October 3, 2024, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh organized a training conference on grassroots and family cultural work for staff working in grassroots cultural work.
Attending the conference were leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors and more than 260 trainees who were heads of departments and officers in charge of family affairs of 13 districts, towns and cities and cultural and social officials of 216 communes, wards and towns in the whole province.
At the conference, the trainees were presented with the following topics: Thoroughly grasping some contents and orientations on the work of building cultural and family life in the coming time; Some key contents of the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence 2022 and Decree No. 76/2023/ND-CP dated November 1, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence; Decree No. 61/2023/ND-CP dated August 16, 2023 of the Government on the development and implementation of village covenants and conventions of residential communities; Thoroughly grasping documents on festivals; Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government stipulating the framework of standards and procedures, procedures, and dossiers for considering and awarding the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village, Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward, and Town"; Decision No. 19/2024/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee detailing the criteria for awarding the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village, Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward, Town" in the province.
It is known that the purpose of the conference is to propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the field of grassroots and family culture; to improve the professional qualifications and skills of the team working on grassroots cultural work. At the same time, it is an opportunity for trainees to share experiences and good practices in implementing grassroots and family cultural work in the locality.
