The 3 Non La Theatre is located in the center of Hung Vuong Square, Ward 1, Bac Lieu City. This project was built to celebrate the 1st Don Ca Tai Tu Festival held in Bac Lieu in 2014.

With a total area of 2,262 m2, the project is divided into 3 cylindrical blocks, with roofs shaped like 3 giant conical hats facing each other.

The height of the largest conical hat is more than 24 m, the diameter of the largest conical hat is more than 45 m, the roof is made of composite panels exactly the same color as the conical hat.
The three conical hats symbolize the unity between the three ethnic groups Kinh - Khmer - Hoa living together in harmony on the land of Bac Leu. With its unique and impressive architecture, the three conical hats theater highlights its rustic, simple and familiar traditional beauty.
This project is not only to honor the late talented musician Cao Van Lau, but also to preserve the material and spiritual values of the Southern people in the process of developing their cultural life.
The square began construction in 2013 and was inaugurated in 2014 on the occasion of the first National Don Ca Tai Tu Festival.
Coming to Bac Lieu, visitors are not only impressed by the 3 conical hat theater which set a Vietnamese record but also by Hung Vuong Square - where the symbol of the zither is located. The zither is one of the indispensable instruments in the art of Southern amateur music.
Hung Vuong Square is located right in the administrative area of the province. This is one of the most beautiful architectural works in the Mekong Delta and is a destination for tourists from near and far when coming to Bac Lieu.
